Daravuth Ly
Ly Daravuth is co-founder of the REYUM gallery in Phnom Penh. Reyum is a non-profit non-governmental organization dedicated to the contemporary and traditional arts and culture of Cambodia . Daravuth was born in the Cambodian province of Kampong Thom but was sent to a refugee camp in Thailand after the Khmer Rouge years. He eventually emigrated to France where he studied art history and visual arts at the Sorbonne. He currently lives and works in Phnom Penh where he is a lecturer in Art History at the Faculty of Archeology of the Royal University of Fine Arts.
